Terms of Service

Last updated: April 17, 2026

RssDrop is operated by GarnLoop, Inc., a Delaware corporation. GarnLoop, Inc. may appear on payment receipts, billing statements, and legal documents. All references to “RssDrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to GarnLoop, Inc. acting through the RssDrop service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

RssDrop lets you collect RSS feeds, bundle them, embed them as widgets, and syndicate them to Discord, Slack, and Telegram bots. You are responsible for the feeds you add and the content you republish to third-party platforms.

We run the service on a best-effort basis and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages (Supabase, Vercel, feed hosts, Discord, Slack, Telegram) and emergency fixes may cause brief unavailability.

2. Your account

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at the address below.

You must be at least 13 years old to use RssDrop. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RssDrop to:

  • Harvest, scrape, or syndicate content in violation of the source site’s terms
  • Distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes intellectual property
  • Send spam, phishing content, or malware through bots or widgets
  • Circumvent the free-tier limits or resell access to the service without our written consent
  • Reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to compromise the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, and with no refund for the unused portion of a paid plan obtained in bad faith.

4. Plans, billing and refunds

Paid plans (Founder, Pro, Ultimate) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are in USD unless otherwise noted and exclude applicable taxes.

You may cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

We may change pricing or plan features. Existing subscribers on an active paid plan will be grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing cycle; changes take effect at renewal with at least 30 days’ notice by email.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the feeds, configurations, and any content you add to RssDrop. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Content you republish to Discord, Slack, Telegram, or a public widget leaves RssDrop and is governed by that platform’s terms and your own agreements with the original feed publishers.

6. Third-party content

RssDrop fetches content from feeds you choose to add. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy or legality of that content. Disputes about the content of a feed should be raised with the feed’s publisher.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, for non-payment after a reasonable cure period, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) US$100. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GarnLoop, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of (a) content you add to, or republish through, RssDrop, (b) your breach of these terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not resolved informally within 30 days will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
