Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase any paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are available for any RssDrop paid plan — Founder, Pro, or Ultimate — purchased within the past 14 calendar days. Both monthly and annual subscriptions are covered.

After 14 days from the date of purchase, refunds are not available. Renewal charges (when your subscription automatically renews) are also not eligible for refunds, so we recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@rssdrop.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time on your bank's side may take 5–10 business days.

3. After a refund

When a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your feeds, bundles, and settings will be retained, but access to paid features will be removed. You may re-subscribe at any time.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current billing period — we do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods unless within the 14-day window.
